Hello! My name is Danny also known as The flavor alchemist and I am the owner of Crafted & Chaotic Cocktails. I have been involved in the hospitality industry for the past fifteen years. From dishwasher, lead line cook, chef and all the way up to management, each position I have held over my career; I have and continue to learn something new.

Whether I am taking flavors and combining them with others that don’t make sense and alchemize into making sense on a particular guests palette—to surprising any guests at my bar top with playing flavor roulette reaffirms the actual love I have for crafted cocktails.

It gives me great pleasure challenging a guests’ past experiences of a certain spirit that they may of disliked or never really understood how it can be in a drink and re-introducing them to the plethora of creativity that is provided with each and every single art piece I create in a glass.

I created Crafted & Chaotic from being curious about elevating how the cocktail can be visually experienced and indulging in luxury on your taste buds.
